How Do I Cope with the Emotional Stress of Infertility? A Trying to Concieve Support Group Now Available
Trying to conceive can be emotionally overwhelming. Alongside hope often comes grief, uncertainty, anxiety, and feelings of isolation. While medical care focuses on the physical aspects of fertility, emotional support is just as important.
Our Trying to Conceive Support Group provides a warm, therapist-led space for women navigating infertility or the emotional challenges of the fertility journey. Led by a licensed mental health clinician with both professional expertise and lived experience with infertility and IVF, this group offers an opportunity to connect with others who understand, process difficult emotions, practice self-compassion, and build meaningful support along the way.
You don't have to navigate this journey alone.
Open to women across New York & Maryland
