Welcome to the Blog
This is a space for honest, grounded writing about the things that bring people to therapy (and the things that keep them from it).
You'll find posts on body image, eating disorders, postpartum mental health, anxiety, and the broader cultural forces that shape how we feel about ourselves. Some posts are practical, with tools and frameworks you can use right now. Others are more reflective, written to help you feel less alone in something you might not have had words for yet.
The goal isn't to be prescriptive or to tell you how to feel. It's to offer perspective from a clinician who takes these topics seriously, and who believes that understanding yourself more clearly is always worth the effort, whether or not you're currently in therapy.
If something you read here resonates, or raises questions you'd like to explore further, I'd love to hear from you.
